Job descriptionDiploma or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 7–10 years of relevant experience in SMT engineering or technical support roles. Strong knowledge and understanding of cellular module products and SMT manufacturing processes. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Job Descriptions :
- Provide hands-on SMT production technical support at CM factories and customer sites.
- Lead defect analysis activities and work closely with CM partners to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Propose improvement initiatives and follow through on implementation and effectiveness tracking.
- Conduct research, verification, and deployment of new SMT technologies and processes.
