Position Overview :
We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Enterprise Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales, building long-term relationships with enterprise clients, and identifying new business opportunities across various sectors.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective enterprise clients through consultative selling.
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions based on Aliste’s offerings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align on customer requirements and sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain an updated CRM with all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor analysis.
Requirements :
1-2 years of experience in B2B / enterprise sales, preferably in tech or SaaS industries.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Perks & Benefits :
