Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist, located in Bengaluru . The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing communication channels, and enhancing customer service. The role involves analyzing performance data, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating with sales and creative teams to drive growth and engagement for our clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Google ads, Meta Ads, ads, etc.
• Experience with running ads for B2B, B2C, E-commerce, travel and tourism business, etc
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proven track record in performance marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
