Position : IT Sales Executive

Experience : 0–4 Years

Location : Indore (On-site)

Joining : Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for client engagement and business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and assist in bidding processes.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Track sales performance, generate reports, and monitor market trends.

Required Skills :

  • Prior experience in IT Sales or Business Development (preferred, not mandatory for freshers).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both spoken & written English).
  • Strong understanding of IT services, digital solutions, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in lead generation, proposal writing, and client acquisition.
  • Ability to manage enterprise accounts and close high-value deals.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a good team player.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in BE, B.Tech, BCA, BSc (IT) or MBA in Sales / Marketing.
