Data Analyst / Engineer - Geoinformatics

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Spatial / GIS Data Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geoinformatics and demonstrated experience in handling spatial data. This role involves scoping spatial data for various domains, onboarding and managing spatial / GIS datasets using python for automation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and evaluate spatial data requirements for various projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements.
• Conduct thorough analyses of spatial datasets for relevance and accuracy.
• Prepare spatial data for system integration by implementing data transformation and cleaning
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for automating spatial data tasks.
• Work with software teams to convey spatial data requirements and translate complex spatial data concepts for team members.
• Provide technical support on spatial data issues.
• Document data processes, methodologies, and workflows.
• Stay updated with advancements in geoinformatics and spatial technologies.
