Company Description

Developing Agentic AI enabled B2B SaaS platform for the Small to Mid Markets and the respective Investors. We are a bootstrapped, early-stage startup, with a strong business case and growth potential.

Role : Contract → Full-time; Bangalore location (Remote / Hybrid)

The role involves designing, developing, and evaluating machine learning algorithms and models. Responsibilities include implementing and finetuning ML Models / neural networks, enhancing and integrating multiple ML Models to build core product functionalities.

Collaboration with AI orchestration & Data Engineers to integrate machine learning models into Agentic Frameworks is also a key aspect of this role.

Technical Skills :

• Core Machine Learning & Math
• Languages : Expert in Python. (Understanding of Rust is a plus)
• Advanced proficiency with scikit-learn, XGBoost, Tensorflow / pytorch and LightGBM.
• Time-Series Forecasting : Experience with statsmodels, ARIMA, Prophet, and STL decomposition
• Casual Modelling : Hands-on experience with pyWhy (DoWhy + EconML) and CausalNex
• SimPy (Python) for modeling complex resource flows and business operations.
