Location : Remote (Work From Home)

Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Working Hours : 40 hours / week

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Fresher or Junior Software Developer to join our growing engineering team.

In this role, you will work on multiple in-house software products, built end-to-end using modern frameworks, cloud services, and AI-driven tooling.

You will have the opportunity to work across different domains, tech stacks, and workflows, giving you learning exposure while contributing to real-world, production-grade solutions.

What You Will Do

Develop, maintain, and improve internal software products and automation tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and AI engineering.
Work with AI-assisted development tools
Integrate APIs, build dashboards, workflows, and backend services as required.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
Understand product requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
Maintain good documentation and follow best development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Strong understanding of at least one programming language :

Python / JavaScript / TypeScript / Java / C# / Go (any one is fine).

Good fundamentals in DSA, OOP, and database concepts.

Basic experience with front-end or back-end frameworks (React, Node.js, Django, .NET, etc.).

Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases.

Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.

Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

Exposure to AI / ML tools , LLMs, or automation APIs.

Experience with Git, REST APIs, or cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).

Understanding or interest in DevOps, CI / CD, or containerization (Docker).

Any internship or personal project demonstrating practical skills.
