Assistant Manager - Workplace Ecosystems >

Lead – Workplace Ecosystems (Functionally) & Head – Kalinganagar Impact Cluster (Administratively)

Purpose of the Role : Support the organization in its efforts to make each workspace efficient, vibrant & sustainable, while acting as a pivotal medium for its people to operate effectively, in pursuance of a shared vision.

Key Deliverables

1. Execute plans to improve workplace management services (facilities, maintenance, renovation, travel logistics, etc.)

2. Ensure necessary arrangements are made to allocate convenient workspaces for all people resources.

3. Monitor inventory of office supplies for efficient workflow, in line with budgetary provisions.

4. Ensure adherence to policies & regulations and maintenance of MIS, Budgeting and expense monitoring.

5. Evaluate support services, identifying needs, anticipating problems faced by internal customers and developing corrective action plans for their timely resolution.

6. Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations across the assigned locations.

7. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance of office facilities.

8. Ensure travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and related logistics are managed smoothly.

9. Track progress and submit reports periodically.

10. Supervise execution of office renovation with Lead Workplace Ecosystems and civil engineers. 11. Evaluate support services, identifying needs and taking regular feedback.

12. Managing office safety and organize meetings, workshops, events, etc.

13. Providing general administrative support to various teams as needed.

Work experience in years : 0-4 Years of experience. Preference will be given to experience in travel management.

Minimum Qualification : Any Graduate. Preference will be given to post-graduates in travel management and related courses.

Skill Set requirement :

Technical Skill Sets :

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel Skills and proficiency in MS Office is a must.

Vendor Management, Negotiation skills

Administrative Skills

Behavioural Skill Sets :

Aligned to Tata Values as per Tata Code of Conduct (TCOC).

Good English communication (written and verbal) is a must.

Interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively interact with senior management officials.

Attention to detail, multi-tasking ability
