Job Title : Interior Sales Consultant / Interior Sales Executive

Location : Bangalore

Industry : Interior Design / Modular Furniture / Workspace Interiors

Interview Mode - Face to Face only

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Interior Sales Consultant to handle client inquiries, convert leads, and drive sales for commercial interior projects (Office Space). The role requires strong communication, design understanding, client relationship management, and closing ability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Handling & Client Engagement

  • Attend walk-ins, inbound calls, and online inquiries.
  • Understand customer requirements, budgets, timelines, and design preferences.
  • Provide initial consultations and product / service explanations.

2. Sales & Conversion

  • Pitch interior solutions (commercial) , modular furniture, and design services.
  • Present design concepts, material options, and pricing breakdowns.
  • Follow up with clients and convert leads to confirmed projects.
  • Meet monthly revenue and conversion targets.
  • 3. Coordination With Design & Execution Teams

  • Work closely with interior designers to translate customer needs into design briefs.
  • Coordinate with project teams for site visits, material finalization, and layout approvals.
  • Ensure seamless handover between sales, design, and execution.
  • 4. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and provide project updates (if required).
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • 5. Market Awareness & Reporting

  • Stay updated on interior trends, materials, and competitors.
  • Maintain daily / weekly sales reports, lead status, and pipeline updates.
  • Participate in marketing activities, events, and collaborations.
  • Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in interior sales , Commercial real estate sales, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of interior design, materials, finishes, and layouts.
  • Ability to understand client needs and upsell solutions.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Experience Required : 1–3 years
  • Education : Any graduate (Interior / design knowledge is a plus)
