Web3 Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Web3 Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Web3 marketing, Web3 community growth, and social media management to work for a fast growing web3 technology company.

Experience :

• 5+ years in Web3 marketing with at least 1 year leading campaigns and teams for a successful web3 product offering doing presale, TGE.
• Lead the charge, own our social, community strategy guiding the team and syncing with product owners.
• Responsible for handling community moderators, coordinators, and support roles in efficiently growing, managing and handling Web3 communities on Discord, Telegram, and Twitter and spearheading the overall go-to-market initiatives.
• Should have very good experience in handling the strategy, community management, content, campaigns, and reporting.
• Should be well-versed in creating professional content and attractive narratives in to high engaging posts.
• Running key campaigns or events.
• Run structured campaigns, KOL pushes, and consistent engagement
• Run giveaways, prize pools, and collabs.
• Undertake partnerships with bigger Web3 communities.
• Handle Web3 community growth tools like Zealy, Galxe, Kaito
• Handle large Zealy or Galxe campaigns with a high-value prize pool.
• Handle Social media management tools like Hootsuite / Buffer / Sproutsocial.
• You have strong understanding of the analytics platforms like Dune, Nansen.
• KOL campaigns with mid to large influencers.
• More collabs with mid-size communities
• Share daily updates, memes, and polls to warm up new members
• Keep the community active with quizzes, polls, fun facts, and memes
• Host weekly AMAs and contests with the team or partners
• Use KOLs for promotions on Twitter and Telegram
• Run community contests like memes or trivia nights
• Share weekly recaps to keep members updated
• Give special roles and perks to top contributors (OGs, Champions)
• Grow the network, Collaborate with KOLs, devs and ecosystem partners so our message travels through the right circles, Back it up with data, Use Dune, Nansen, Flipside, and whatever tools you love, to track whats working whats not and fine tune in real time.
