Position Overview :

The individual will be responsible for monthly MIS activities, providing accurate and comprehensive costing information to support decision-making within the the company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a key financial advisor and partner to business leaders, providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and commercial decisions and initiatives.
• Participate in business reviews and provide financial perspectives on new opportunities, risks, and investments.
• Support the development and evaluation of strategic initiatives, including new product launches, market expansions, and business development opportunities.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to assess the potential impact of various strategic options and help in decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, cost efficiencies, and revenue generation through financial analysis and collaboration with operational teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging financial insights and best practices.
• Develop and maintain costing models to accurately estimate the financial impact of different stages of drug development, including pre-clinical research, clinical trials, and regulatory processes. Ensure that the costing models are comprehensive, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.
