🚨 We're Hiring : Architectural Draughtsman (5–7+ Years Experience)

📍 Location : Navi Mumbai / Mumbai

Our firm is looking for an experienced Architectural Draughtsman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, and hands-on experience with architectural drawings, coordination, and approvals.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

🔹️Preparation of working drawings (WD), municipal drawings (MD), detailed drawings , and construction documents.

🔹️Understanding and application of UDCPR rules, DCR, and local building bye-laws .

🔹️Experience in liaisoning and coordination with local authorities such as CIDCO, NMMC, PMC , and others.

🔹️Conducting site visits , measurements, and ensuring drawings align with on-site conditions.

🔹️Coordination with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve technical queries.

🔹️Managing revisions and ensuring accuracy in all drawings and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience :

🔹️Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm.

🔹️Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit or other BIM tools is an added advantage).

🔹️Strong knowledge of municipal approval processes and documentation.

🔹️Good communication and coordination skills.

🔹️Ability to work with the team and deliver within deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS :

🔹️Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Civil Drafting or equivalent
