Roles :

Assist the Director in daily business operations and coordination .

Manage schedules meetings appointments and travel plans .

Handle calls emails and correspondence professionally.

Prepare business reports summaries and documentation as instructed.

Follow up with clients suppliers and staff on pending tasks.

Maintain confidentiality of all business and personal matters.

Coordinate with accounting and sales departments when required.

Support with personal tasks and errands when needed.

Fluent in Hindi Gujarati and basic English .
