The Client is looking for Subject Matter Expert and below is the job description

  • Expert Guidance : Serve as the primary resource for Medical Coding expertise.
  • Process Improvement : Identify and implement strategies to optimize coding operations and processing.
  • Training & Support : Develop training materials and provide support to coding staff.
  • Issue Resolution : Address complex issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve disputes.
  • Compliance : Ensure coding practices meet regulatory standards and perform regular audits.

Job Specification :

  • Education : Any Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience : 4+ years in medical coding with specialty EM IP & OP.
  • Skills : In-depth knowledge of coding processes, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software.

    • Designation : SME

    Shift Details : General Shift / Day Shift

    Work Mode : WFO

    Location : Trichy
