As a Student Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective learners — guiding them through their education and career decisions with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
You will play a key role in helping students understand our programs, resolve queries, and make informed enrollment choices aligned with their professional goals.
This role blends academic guidance with consultative selling, ensuring every student’s journey begins with trust and clarity. As a Student Counsellor, you’ll help guide candidates through this program — enabling them to balance work, learning, and growth effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals on the Hybrid PGDM and other programs.
Manage the end-to-end admission process — from enquiry and counselling to enrollment and onboarding.
Follow up on leads generated through calls, emails, and walk-ins to achieve monthly admissions targets.
Maintain updated and accurate records in the CRM system.
Conduct counselling sessions (telephonic, video, or in-person) to understand student goals and match them with the right program.
Participate in webinars, info sessions, and corporate outreach activities.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Education, Psychology, or related field preferred).
Minimum 1year of experience in counselling, admissions, or educational sales.
Experience in higher education, edtech, or management programs will be an advantage.
Fluency in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
