Job Title : UI / UX Designer

Location : Chennai

Experience : 2 to 5 Years

Job Summary :

We are looking for a UI / UX Designer to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design, ensuring seamless interaction between users and digital products.

Key Responsibilities :

User Research : Conduct research to understand user needs and behaviors.
Wireframing & Prototyping : Design wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.
UI Design : Develop visually appealing interfaces with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
Usability Testing : Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Responsive Design : Ensure designs are optimized for mobile and web platforms.
Accessibility & Inclusivity : Implement best practices for accessible design.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

UI / UX design principles and user-centric design methodologies.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic understanding for collaboration).

Experience with usability testing and user research.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

Experience with motion design and animations.

Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.

Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular, Flutter or SwiftUI.

Exposure to AI-driven design tools.
