Job Title : Marketing Associate (Influencer Marketing)

Location : Mumbai / Delhi,

In-Office Full-Time (5 days working, last Saturday working)

Timings : 9 : 30 - 6 : 30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and shortlist relevant influencers based on campaign briefs, audience demographics, engagement rates, and content quality.
• Maintain and update influencer databases with accurate contact, rate, and performance details.
• Reach out to influencers or their managers for collaborations, negotiations, and deliverable discussions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, brand, and performance) to ensure influencer fits align with campaign goals.
• Track influencer performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) and share insights for future campaigns.
• Stay updated with influencer trends, niche communities, and emerging creators.
• Support in vetting influencer authenticity (follower quality, engagement legitimacy, content alignment).
