ServiceNow GRC Manager

• 8-12 years of relevant SN experience;
• with GRC 3-4 year hands-on GRC);

remaining in other SN applications - ITSM, SPM, SecOps, Custom Apps.

Solution design and development : Design, develop, and implement GRC solutions within ServiceNow (3-4 years of GRC implementation experience)

Module configuration : Configure and manage GRC modules, including Risk, Audit, Policy, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), and Business Continuity Management (BCM).

Workflow and scripting : Create and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, and other automations using tools like Flow Designer.

Proficiency in ServiceNow GRC / IRM and experience with core platform development (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.).

Integrations : Implement integrations with other security tools and systems using REST / SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.

ServiceNow GRC / IRM certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA)
