About Us

Highshine IT Solutions is scaling fast—300% growth year over year! As we expand our ERP services across IFS and Odoo platforms, we're looking for a Database Administrator (DBA) to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on, technically challenging, and growth-driven role where you'll ensure our IFS ERP databases are secure, optimized, and performing at their best.

You'll be working closely with our ERP and infrastructure teams to maintain high availability, streamline operations, and implement best practices that keep our systems running seamlessly.

As a Database Administrator, You Will :

• Manage database backups and restorations, ensuring data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
• Handle RMAN (Recovery Manager) backups and perform incremental and full database cloning.
• Apply and verify Oracle patch updates and maintain version control.
• Perform database performance tuning, index management, and query optimization.
• Manage Oracle users, roles, and privileges securely.
• Monitor tablespaces, storage utilization, and perform regular DB health checkups.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of Oracle databases.
• Document database changes, backup procedures, and performance reports.
