Job Title : Zonal Manager – Credit Affordable Home Loans(ticket size 5-25 lakhs)

Age Group : Up to 40 years

Team Size : Must have led a team of at least 30 members

Role Overview

Responsible for managing the end-to-end credit function for the zone , ensuring strong underwriting, adherence to credit policies, operational efficiency, and portfolio quality. The role covers customers with documented and undocumented income profiles within the housing finance segment.

General Responsibilities

• Lead the credit & underwriting function for the zone.
• Implement and enforce credit policies, processes & guidelines .
• Ensure full compliance with NHB norms, internal policies & TAT .
• Review & refine credit policies relevant to affordable housing & informal income segments .
