Role & responsibilities

Academic Leadership :

  • Lead curriculum planning, development, and revision as per university and regulatory guidelines.
  • Promote innovative teaching-learning methods and ensure academic excellence.

Faculty & Student Management :

  • Oversee faculty workload distribution, performance evaluation, and training needs.
  • Guide students in academic and career matters; address grievances professionally.

    Qualifications & Experience :

  • Ph.D. in relevant subject area (mandatory as per UGC / AICTE norms).
  • Minimum 1015 years of teaching and research experience, including at least 5plus years in an academic leadership role.
