Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (Manager Level) to lead and deliver complex payroll implementations and support engagements. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, business process design, and integration with SuccessFactors and SAP Finance, combined with proven experience in client-facing management and team leadership.
This position will be based in Saudi Arabia for an extended duration and will involve managing client expectations, guiding project teams, and ensuring delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations (minimum 3 full lifecycle projects).
- Provide strategic direction for configuration and optimization of SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
- Oversee integration with SAP FI and SuccessFactors Employee Central (SFEC / ECP).
- Drive the design, validation, and optimization of Payroll Schemas and PCRs, ensuring compliance with business and statutory requirements.
- Manage Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Payroll Control Center (PCC) configurations and operations.
- Act as the primary client liaison, building trust and managing stakeholder expectations at multiple levels.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development within the project team.
- Provide thought leadership and best practices on payroll operations, statutory compliance, and integration with HR and Finance systems.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of solutions with minimal supervision.
Required Skills & Experience :
5- 8 years of strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll Consulting.Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations of SAP HCM Payroll.Hands-on experience with PCR, Schema, ECP, PCC and related payroll processes.Proven exposure to Saudi Arabia and Singapore payroll configurations and compliance.Strong knowledge of integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central.Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes and statutory compliance requirements.Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.Willingness and readiness to travel immediately to Saudi Arabia for long-term onsite assignments.Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience in a management or lead consultant capacity within SAP HCM Payroll projects.Exposure to multi-country payroll implementations.Ability to operate independently while managing client relationships and ensuring delivery quality.(ref : hirist.tech)
