We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional with 3-6 years of experience to manage and execute marketing communication initiatives.

This role will focus on digital communication campaigns (email, WhatsApp, organic social, display, content) while also supporting thought-leadership projects like podcasts, videos, and internal branding initiatives.

Roles & Plan, create, and execute marketing communication campaigns across email, WhatsApp, organic social media, and display (ROS).

• Ideate and manage content marketing initiatives - including campaign themes, blogs, articles, and posts.
• Track performance and provide insights / optimisation recommendations across communication channels.
• Manage organic social media calendars and drive engagement with timely and relevant content.
• Support thought-leadership initiatives like podcasts, ad-hoc videos, and stakeholder communication projects (concept, coordination, and execution).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure on-brand, timely, and compliant delivery of campaigns.
• Assist in campaign reporting, audience segmentation, and improving customer engagement journeys.

Must-Have Skills & 3-4 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to digital communication channels (email, WhatsApp, social media, display).
