Digital Content Manager

Job descriptionReview and evaluate AI-generated articles to ensure quality, accuracy, EEAT standards, and alignment with brand voice. Write / create the copy for ads, email campaigns, social media for our clients. Ensure all content supports the persona, brand tone & campaign goals. Collaborate with Paid Media, SEO, and Design teams to ensure campaigns have compelling and conversion-focused messaging. Support thought-leadership and brand storytelling through case studies, guides, and whitepapers. Partner with the SEO team to ensure content is optimized for visibility and engagement. Track content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and recommend improvements. Spot content gaps and create opportunities to drive stronger performance. 3–6 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing. Strong understanding of content's role in SEO, paid campaigns, and CRO. Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to give clear content direction. Experience reviewing AI-generated content and elevating it to meet brand standards. Skilled at translating business and campaign goals into actionable content strategies. Strong collaboration skills; able to work closely with design, SEO, and paid media teams. Experience in working with clients, agencies. Familiarity with tools like Semrush / ChatGPT or other AI-assisted content.
Content Strategist Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to define and own the content direction across multiple marketing channels.
This role bridges strategy and execution, shaping SEO content, guiding ad copy, campaign creatives, and email marketing, with a strong focus on aligning with brand tone and audience personas.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define content strategy across SEO, ad creatives, email campaigns, and social media for our clients.
- Work directly with US-based clients to understand brand voice, customers, and market dynamics.
- Translate business goals, customer insights, and competitor research into clear content roadmaps and direction.
- Lead projects by defining content strategy and engaging with clients / customers to align on objectives.
