Responsibilities :
Strategic HR Business Partnering :
- Act as a trusted advisor to business units and leadership.
- Translate business goals into HR strategies.
- Guide workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and employee relations.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to HR policies and programs.
Talent Management & Development :
Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development.Partner with managers to identify and develop talent.Drive employee engagement and retention efforts.Manage onboarding / offboarding processes.Facilitate training aligned with organizational goals.Stakeholder Management :
Build collaborative relationships across all levels.Communicate HR initiatives clearly and gain buy-in.Coach managers on leadership and employee development.Address employee relations and disciplinary matters with fairness.Organizational Effectiveness :
Optimize organizational structures and processes.Lead change management initiatives.Promote company values and culture.Identify and implement process improvements.Skills Required
