Responsibilities

  • Business improvement capability : provide a holistic view across client’s business strategies, information requirements, processes, organization and technology to help them create, validate and execute their business plans.
  • Managing large span and P&L
  • Delivery and (ideally) business development experience in business transformation.
  • High energy, EQ and outstanding communication skills; written, oral.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop and guide teams to ensure successful outcomes and foster growth.
  • Creates and maintains a result-oriented and positive collaborative culture within the engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business problems.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Establishes, maintains and develops strong relationships across Management and verticals.
  • Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems.
  • Should have knowledge of tools like SAP etc. Educational Requirements Graduate
