Sales – Channel Partner Sourcing

Responsibilities

  • To manage sales operations of multiple projects through channel partners.
  • To drive sales through the assigned partners and ensure that business contribution from the partner increases.
  • Meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month.
  • Ensure smooth registration, training, & brokerage disbursal for channel partners.
  • Ensure each segment & project meets the sales targeted from assigned channels revenues from performing category & drive the non-performing ones.
  • Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners. Ensure constant improvement in channel partner experience

Sales – Closing role

Responsibilities

  • Delivered convincing oral sales presentation to potential clients and investors.
  • Researched property pricing trends and made appropriate pricing recommendation to clients.
  • Effectively market the project through the development of a leads base and selling the same through discovering, presenting and closing qualified leads.
  • Assisting Buyers with the customizing and selection of their new home and site.
  • Assisting buyers with the financing of their new home purchase.
  • Able to handle work load, work as one team, taking quick decisions, can manage team,
  • drawing conclusion.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, address issues, and provide solutions
  • Please Note : The designations will range between Executive to Manager level subject to Century Employee policy
