Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering data, conducting research, preparing reports, and providing insights that support business decisions. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide business insights.

Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support decision-making.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.

Work with management to define KPIs and performance metrics.

Evaluate business processes and provide recommendations for improvements.

Collaborate with technical, operations, and leadership teams to implement analytical solutions.

Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities.

Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.

Experience with SQL or basic programming (Python / R) is an added advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to handle large datasets and perform data validation.

Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and within teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience in data analysis, business analysis, or reporting roles preferred.
