Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience as mother teacher in progressive schools and are competent in :

• Academic mastery, Develop interactive and creative lesson plan
• Managing workload and time without compromising teaching-learning quality and productivity
• Implementation of curriculum, progressive pedagogical practices, NEP2020, Skills and competencies in the teaching-learning process
• Ensuring academic excellence through promotion of teaching-learning and progressive pedagogical practices, development of innovative student-centric pedagogies and their smooth implementation at the ground level in line with NEP2020 & NCF

Good understanding and knowledge of cognitive development needs under Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) as per NEP2020.
