Platform Engineer

Location : Pune (Hybrid)

Experience : 47 Years

About the Role :

We are hiring a Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable platforms across Linux, Hadoop, and AWS environments. You will work on automation, monitoring, and cloud infrastructure to ensure production systems run efficiently, reliably, and at scale.

Responsibilities :

Manage and support Linux systems, Hadoop clusters, and AWS cloud services.
Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins / GitHub Actions.
Implement automation with Terraform, Ansible, and scripting (Python / Shell).
Work with Docker & Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Set up monitoring & alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
Participate in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Drive SRE best practices reliability, scalability, and performance improvements.

Requirements :

47 years in Platform / SRE / DevOps Engineering.

Strong in Linux, Hadoop ecosystem, and AWS cloud.

Hands-on with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes.

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and monitoring tools.

Solid scripting skills (Python / Shell).

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Good to Have :

Knowledge of SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets.

Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.

Familiarity with Tableau or other visualization tools.
