Job descriptionDevelop & maintain ETL pipelines for multiple source systems (SAP, Korber WMS, OpSuite ePOS, internal BI). Design & implement SSIS workflows , including staging, data quality rules, and CDC logic . Collaborate with DBA on schema design, indexing, and performance tuning (SQL Server 2019 / 2022). Build reusable scripts & components for data loading, transformation, and validation. Perform unit testing, documentation, and version control using GitLab / Jenkins CI / CD. Align data models with reporting needs by collaborating with backend developers and analysts. Troubleshoot & resolve data-related issues during development and post-deployment. 5–6 years in Data Engineering / ETL Development Hands-on SSIS, SQL Server 2019 / 2022, T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, CDC ETL development for ERP / Warehouse systems (SAP preferred) Dimensional modeling – star schema, SCD2 Experience with SAP, WMS, POS, retail systems Knowledge of data quality frameworks, staging strategies, workflow orchestration Familiar with CI / CD for data workflows (GitLab, Jenkins) Exposure to AI code accelerators for development tasks Strong communication & documentation skills
