Ecommerce Growth & Optimization Manager

We're seeking an experienced Ecommerce Growth & Optimization Manager to join our growing team at Nanobag, the creator of innovative ultralight reusable bags. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to drive our digital growth, improve conversion, and optimize operations. We manufacture ultralight bags and backpacks and sell them predominantly online through our own Shopify website and Amazon. Our mission is to make the most practical bags in the world, and we plant one tree for every bag sold.

Website : Responsibilities

Team Management

Organize and manage efforts between multiple teams

Develop and implement internal processes

Website & Conversion Optimization

Drive website performance and optimize the customer journey

Implement CRO strategies and A / B testing

Manage product listings and on-site merchandising

Data & Performance Analysis

Analyze Shopify and advertising data to guide strategy

Generate reports and insights from marketing and sales performance

Identify growth opportunities based on data trends

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Advertising or a related field

1–2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or operations

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Excel / Sheets

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
