Technical Excellence :

Establish and monitor metrics for code quality, performance, and maintainability.Drive test automation and CI / CD implementation to ensure reliable and rapid delivery.Collaborate with QA teams to establish robust testing strategies.Innovation & Continuous Improvement :
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions.Evaluate and integrate new tools, frameworks, and practices to enhance team productivity and product quality.What You Bring to the Team :
Experience :
8+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in MEAN stack, Kotlin, and Swift.Proven track record of delivering high-quality, enterprise-grade software solutions.Experience as a technical lead, architect, or principal engineer in cross-functional teams.Technical Skills :
Deep understanding of MEAN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).Proficiency in Kotlin and Swift for mobile application development.Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI / CD pipelines.Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).Soft Skills :
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to mentor and inspire engineering teams.Preferred Qualifications :
