Responsibilities

Responsibility

Responsible for developing and executing category sourcing strategies for indirect Business Services & IT Infrastructure (Hardware, Software & Telecom) commodity). Ensure contracting and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolio. Responsible to manage the commodities and specialized in HR (HR Recruiting, HR Operations), Events, Communication, marketing, Hardware, Software and Telecom.

Will lead the commodity strategy for identified project management categories by :

Developing category strategy :

• Gather spend data and business requirements plans
• Analyze spend profiles and assess opportunities
• Gather and analyze market intelligence; Assess Category Risk
• Identify and map stakeholders and define category performance metrics; Develop and socialize Category Strategy, obtain stakeholder acceptance

Provides business clients with timely access to leading edge technologies, products and services to generate value and competitive advantage ( cost efficiency, productivity, responsiveness and flexibility).

Objective : Societe Generale Global Solution Centre is looking for candidate for the role of Sourcing Consultant / Sr. Consultant, Candidate should have minimum of 7-9 years of experience in the area of Sourcing, Procurement & Vendor Governance.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Experience in category management and senior level influencing. Conducts advanced financial analysis.

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.

Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.

Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

Operates autonomously with little supervision in order to achieve strategic objectives assigned
