Supply Network Replenishment Planner - Performance Units (PU)
- We are seeking a thorough and proactive Supply Network Replenishment Planner to manage the replenishment of finished goods across the supply network in our Performance Units (PUs). The role ensures that the right stock is available at the right location and time to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and supply chain efficiency. The position is accountable for stock availability and Days of Cover (DOC) efficiency across the PU supply network.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in supply planning, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic supply chain environment.
- Through our global digital planning tool, Kinaxis Maestro, the Supply Network Replenishment Planner will be responsible for the overall replenishment plan for finished goods across all warehouses, creating dependent demand for manufacturing plants and suppliers.
- This role also involves ensuring medium- to long-term network capacity availability and facilitating resolution of capacity constraints. The planner will work closely with short-term deployment planners, PU Supply Planning Delivery Managers, and the PU S&OP Manager to model supply network capacity for the S&OP process.
- The position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in digital planning tools, and the ability to foster positive relationships with supply chain colleagues both in Pune and across markets.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Supply Network Replenishment Planning
Develop and implement finished goods supply replenishment plans to balance supply and demand across regional warehouses and stocking points.Create dependent demand on manufacturing and source sites using Kinaxis Maestro.Conduct medium-to-long-term network projections to identify constraints and recommend mitigation strategies for the PU Supply Review and S&OP.Support short-term DRP deployment planners in resolving supply network constraints.Own finished goods stock allocation based on forecasted demand, service level targets, and inventory policies.Ensure planning data is accurate and updated per global governance requirements (lead times, service levels, replenishment parameters).2. Inventory & Stock Management :
Maintain inventory availability while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence.Identify and mitigate risks such as stockouts, overstocking, and supply constraints.Collaborate with deployment planners, production planners, procurement, and PU Supply Planning Delivery leads to ensure smooth product flow.3. Collaboration & Customer Management
Work closely with PU Supply Planning Delivery Leads, Production Planning, and Demand Planning teams to align replenishment strategies with business objectives.Support Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes by providing insights into supply constraints, inventory trends, and recommended actions.(ref : iimjobs.com)
