Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented RACF Security Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure our critical Mainframe environments, specifically within a Banking Project. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in RACF access provisioning, using the Vanguard tool, and ensuring the security posture is compliant, auditable, and functional. This role requires strong diagnostic ability and a focus on providing the "right access to the right person" to prevent critical system impacts.

Key Responsibilities :

Access Management & Configuration :

• Create User IDs, groups, and assign user attributes
• Understand and provide access based on user roles and requirements
• Manage and maintain RACF Attributes, Groups, Dataset, and General Resource Profiles
• Utilize RACF panel navigation and RACF commands effectively
• Maintain and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) regularly
