RankRizers is a global business listing and discovery platform connecting Digital Service Providers, SaaS, and AI companies across 1500+ categories and 100+ countries. Our mission is to help businesses get discovered, reviewed, and recommended globally — simplifying digital visibility, networking, and growth.

We’re a fast-growing startup with a passionate team working on scaling the next-generation business aggregator platform. Now, we’re looking for a CTO / Senior Full Stack Developer to lead our tech vision and product roadmap as we move to the next growth phase.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Full Stack Senior Developer who can own the end-to-end technology strategy and execution for RankRizers. This person will play a pivotal role in scaling the platform , improving performance, and introducing new features — including AI integrations, data-driven recommendations, and advanced search functionalities.

You’ll work closely with the Founder and product team to translate business goals into a powerful, scalable, and secure technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Product & Technology Leadership

Define and execute the overall technical strategy and roadmap in line with business objectives.

Build and lead the core development team as the company scales.

Set best practices for architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance of RankRizers.

Oversee product scalability, security, and performance optimization.

2. Full Stack Development

Architect, design, and implement new features across front-end and back-end .

Manage integrations with payment gateways, APIs, AI tools, CRM, and analytics systems .

Optimize database design and performance (MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent).

Maintain and upgrade current stack to ensure best performance and user experience.

3. Technical Innovation

Integrate AI-driven features like recommendation systems, automation, and smart listings.

Stay updated with emerging technologies to keep RankRizers ahead of the curve.

4. Infrastructure & DevOps

Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) .

Implement CI / CD pipelines , version control, and agile workflows.

Ensure security compliance , data privacy, and system uptime.

5. Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with UI / UX, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless experience.

Recruit, mentor, and build a tech-driven startup team culture .

Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Tech Stack :

Front-End : React.js / Next.js, TailwindCSS, TypeScript

Back-End : Node.js / Express / Nest.js

Database : MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

Cloud / DevOps : AWS / GCP / Docker / GitHub Actions

CMS / Integrations : WordPress API, REST / GraphQL APIs

AI / Automation Tools (Preferred) : OpenAI API, LangChain, Python scripts

Other Tools : Stripe, Zoho Suite, Google APIs, Elasticsearch

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in full stack development, ideally within startups or product companies.

Proven experience leading development teams or tech projects .

Strong understanding of scalable architecture, clean code principles, and product lifecycle management .

Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools is a plus
