Role Description

We're looking for young, energetic and enthusiastic team members to join and contribute to our growing team.

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and conceptualizing architectural as well as interior design projects, managing project timelines, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Daily responsibilities include overseeing architectural integrations, developing design solutions, and ensuring project deliverables align with quality standards and client specifications. Engaging in site visits and coordinating with contractors and vendors will also be part of this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and spatial planning.
• Project Management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and communication across stakeholders.
• Experience with Software Development and Integration related to architectural tools and design software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with attention to detail in design execution.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Mumbai is a plus.
• Experience in high-end residential or commercial design projects is preferred, especially in Villa's and stand alone buildings.
