Role Overview

We are seeking a

Marketo Specialist

with strong expertise in

Marketo and Salesforce CRM . The ideal candidate will manage and optimize automation workflows, maintain database hygiene, and deliver data-driven insights to enhance marketing effectiveness. Proficiency in

Excel

and strong

communication skills

are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage automated campaigns in

Marketo

integrated with

Salesforce .

Ensure

database accuracy and hygiene

through data cleaning and validation.

Use

Excel

(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting) for data management and analysis.

Develop lead nurturing workflows, drip campaigns, and segmentation strategies.

Generate campaign reports and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align automation with business goals.

Run A / B tests and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.

Proven experience in

Marketo

and

Salesforce CRM .

Strong skills in

Excel

for data management.

Excellent verbal and written

communication skills .

Marketo certification is a plus.

Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS for email customization preferred.
