Role Overview

As a Business Analyst (Dashboards & Insights) , you’ll serve as the analytical bridge between our users and our product / engineering teams across the TNP Suite and Superset Assessments .

Your primary mission in the first six months will be to work hands-on with Metabase and Superset’s internal dashboard engine to deliver high-quality dashboards and reports — both for customers (placement offices, recruiter teams) and internal stakeholders (growth, post-sales, billing, and operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements to Dashboards : Translate business needs into precise dashboard / report specifications, including metrics, filters, ownership, refresh cadence, and acceptance criteria.
• Build & Ship : Create and maintain dashboards in Metabase and Superset’s internal dashboard engine;

ensure accuracy, performance, and usability.

standardize definitionsand ensure consistency across metrics.

document SOPs and data dictionaries.
