Billing Engineer (Civil Freshers)

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Billing Engineer Civil Freshers to join our team for a major Civil Building Project in Odisha . The ideal candidate should have strong academic knowledge in civil engineering concepts and a keen interest in learning project billing, measurement, and documentation processes. Candidates who are familiar with Tamil language are preferred to support project coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparing client bills, subcontractor bills , and supporting documents.
• Work with site engineers to collect and verify work measurements .
• Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to project progress.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely billing and documentation.
• Support senior billing engineers in BOQ preparation, rate analysis , and cost tracking.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, measurements, and billing documents.
