Talent Acquisition Specialist – Bulk Hiring

Job descriptionDraft engaging and accurate job descriptions for various customer support positions (voice, non-voice, chat, blended, and technical support). Post openings across relevant platforms ensuring clarity on requirements, shift timings, and language proficiencies. Conduct initial screenings and telephonic interviews to assess communication, language proficiency, and customer service aptitude. Coordinate with operations managers and training teams for final interviews and selection assessments. Ensure a quick turnaround time from sourcing to offer rollout for bulk recruitment drives. Partner with customer support leadership, workforce management, and HR teams to forecast manpower requirements and hiring priorities. Share regular hiring updates, market trends, and sourcing insights to ensure alignment with business needs. Facilitate pre-employment checks including background verification and document collection. Coordinate with HR operations to ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for large candidate batches. Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and compliance standards during all recruitment activities. Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for upcoming hiring needs through ongoing engagement and referral programs. Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment drives, and campus events to promote the employer brand. Ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates through transparent communication and timely updates throughout the hiring process. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in bulk hiring or volume recruitment , preferably within a customer support or BPO environment . Proven track record of hiring for voice, non-voice, chat, and blended customer service roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage large-scale hiring events. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

Job Summary :
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist – Bulk Hiring (Customer Support) to manage high-volume recruitment for our customer support operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring large batches of qualified customer support executives and team leaders to meet business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of customer service profiles, fast-paced hiring cycles, and the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for high-volume customer support roles across multiple locations or business units.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring, and walk-in drives.
- Build and maintain a large database of potential candidates to support ongoing bulk hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with external recruitment partners and staffing agencies for mass hiring initiatives.
