This is a full-time remote role for a Senior ManagerAccount Expansion position at Beroe Inc.
The Senior Manager Account Expansion will lead part of our Current Client roster, with the prime responsibility as a Commercial Owner.
As a commercial owner for the account, the individual will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction and value-creation (for the Client).
In essence, build a strong relationship with Client as a trusted advisor.
It is important to have managed multi-million USD account renewals / upsell / cross-sells.
SaaS and research industry background preferred.
Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales / Marketing, or any related field.
8-12+ years of experience in relevant field, with a proven track record of success in Client Relationship Management, and account growth.
Track record of managing a Client Portfolio as a relationship manager / commercial owner across the Global 1000 companies.
Experience in engagement with senior Client Stakeholders (often VP+), and building relationship as a trusted partner to help unlock additional opportunities and budget.
Experience in collaborating with a cross-functional team in a remote environment, driving all towards achieving goals and objectives.
Excellent communication skills with experience interfacing at multiple organizational levels, deep understanding of industry trends, and market needs.
Proven ability to execute strategic plans, including ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensuring Client growth through effective partnership.
Experience in procurement intelligence software and analytics is a plus.
Demonstrate a passion for innovation, process improvement, and driving results.
Resilient, adaptable, and self-driven to manage the Client portfolio independently.
Great project management, leadership, and operational skills.
