Role Description :

  • This is a full-time remote role for a Senior ManagerAccount Expansion position at Beroe Inc.
  • The Senior Manager Account Expansion will lead part of our Current Client roster, with the prime responsibility as a Commercial Owner.
  • As a commercial owner for the account, the individual will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction and value-creation (for the Client).
  • In essence, build a strong relationship with Client as a trusted advisor.
  • It is important to have managed multi-million USD account renewals / upsell / cross-sells.
  • SaaS and research industry background preferred.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales / Marketing, or any related field.
  • 8-12+ years of experience in relevant field, with a proven track record of success in Client Relationship Management, and account growth.
  • Track record of managing a Client Portfolio as a relationship manager / commercial owner across the Global 1000 companies.
  • Experience in engagement with senior Client Stakeholders (often VP+), and building relationship as a trusted partner to help unlock additional opportunities and budget.
  • Experience in collaborating with a cross-functional team in a remote environment, driving all towards achieving goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience interfacing at multiple organizational levels, deep understanding of industry trends, and market needs.
  • Proven ability to execute strategic plans, including ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensuring Client growth through effective partnership.
  • Experience in procurement intelligence software and analytics is a plus.
  • Demonstrate a passion for innovation, process improvement, and driving results.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and self-driven to manage the Client portfolio independently.
  • Great project management, leadership, and operational skills.
