Job description

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Program Manager to lead and execute high-impact customer implementations and internal development projects. You will work with fast-scaling, enterprise-grade customers to ensure projects are scoped, developed, and delivered with precision and quality. As a Program Manager, you will be the bridge between external stakeholders and internal product, customer solutioning teams. You will also play a key role in guiding our internal developer team sprints and contributing to better execution and delivery.

Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end project delivery for enterprise customer implementations – from kick-off to go-live.
Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource planning.
Manage external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation setting throughout the engagement.
Ensure thorough planning, scoping, development, testing, and quality assurance for each project milestone.
Proactively identify and manage risks, scope changes, or blockers during project execution.
Push back on scope creeps or additional asks from clients that are out of scope unless aligned with change requests or commercial terms.
Collaborate with developers to plan and track internal project sprints aligned with product roadmap goals.
Help convert product objectives into sprint deliverables and track progress across teams.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success) to ensure on-time and high-quality releases.
Drive post-implementation reviews, retrospectives, and documentation for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements :

2 - 4 years of experience in Program Management, Project Delivery, or related roles within SaaS or tech product environments.

Proven experience managing large customer accounts and multiple project tracks simultaneously.

Strong organizational and execution skills with a knack for juggling multiple priorities.

Ability to manage and align internal teams while confidently interfacing with enterprise clients.

Comfortable with Agile methodologies and sprint planning.

PMP certification is necessary.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to push back diplomatically on scope creep and manage delivery expectations.

Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering quality results on time.

Prior experience in working with developers and understanding tech / product delivery cycles is a strong plus.
