We’re looking for go-getters based in Mumbai to join our team as US IT Recruiters — full-time, onsite (5 days / week), and ready to work US hours.
What You’ll Do :
- End-to-end US IT recruitment
- Understand client needs & source top talent
- Work closely with Account Managers
- Use job portals & networks to find candidates
- Handle various IT roles & ensure high interview conversion
- Meet recruitment SLAs & collaborate with internal teams
