Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Testing Automation Architect with strong hands-on experience in AI-driven test automation to join our growing technology team in Hyderabad.

Role : Testing Automation Architect (AI Experience)

Experience : 10+ Years (Automation + 3+ Years in AI / Intelligent Testing)

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement end-to-end automation strategies across multiple applications and platforms.
  • Architect AI / ML-enabled test automation frameworks for intelligent test generation, prioritization, and defect prediction.
  • Evaluate and implement tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestComplete, Tosca, or Katalon, integrated with AI / ML models.
  • Automate testing for UI, API, performance, and mobile applications.
  • Leverage GenAI tools and LLMs (like Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, or Copilot) to enhance testing productivity.
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to enable CI / CD-based test automation pipelines.
  • Drive test data automation, self-healing scripts, and intelligent test case generation.
  • Mentor QA teams and establish best practices, standards, and governance for automation and AI testing.

Required Skills :

  • Expertise in automation tools – Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Tosca, etc.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience in AI / ML model integration for automation (e.g., predictive testing, anomaly detection).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) and CI / CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools such as Testim.io, Mabl, Functionize, or Applitools.
  • Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, frameworks, and Agile processes.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • AI / ML or Automation certifications (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer, AI for QA, or Azure AI).
  • Experience in building automation CoEs (Centers of Excellence) or leading enterprise-scale QA transformation projects.
