Job description

We are seeking a React / Next.js developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to join our frontend team. You’ll work on building modern, scalable, and performant web applications with a strong focus on UX, performance, and best practices in modern frontend development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive, accessible, and SEO-friendly UIs using React, TypeScript, and Next.js 15+ (App Router).
  • Implement SSR / SSG and caching strategies to deliver high-performance apps.
  • Build modular, reusable components with Tailwind CSS.
  • Integrate APIs (REST / GraphQL) with OpenAPI clients and manage data using React Query.
  • Write and maintain tests (unit, integration, E2E) with Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright.
  • Ensure features follow accessibility (a11y) standards.
  • Collaborate in an Agile setup (standups, sprints, retrospectives).
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of hands-on React.js + Next.js production experience.
  • Familiarity with App Router & React Server Components (preferred).
  • Strong skills in TypeScript, ES6+, and modern JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in CSS / Tailwind CSS.
  • Solid grasp of data fetching, caching, and state management (React Query, plus Zustand / Redux / Jotai exposure).
  • Experience writing tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright).
  • Understanding of a11y standards & SEO best practices.
  • Comfortable with Git / GitHub workflows; exposure to CI / CD (GitHub Actions, Docker, npm workspaces) is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile teams with collaborative workflows.
  • Up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in Next.js and modern frontend development.
