If you get an adrenaline rush from dashboards, conversions, and CTR jumps — we’re looking for you.

What You’ll Do :

🎯 Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Google, Meta & LinkedIn.

📈 Track performance metrics — CPC, CTR, CPL — and turn data into strategy.

💬 Collaborate with content & design teams to make each campaign scroll-stopping.

🧠 Experiment with audience segments, retargeting, and automation (bonus if you know tools like Zapier / n8n).

What You Need :

✅ 0-2 years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience = bonus).

✅ Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.

✅ Strong analytical mindset — you love data and dashboards.

✅ Curiosity to test, tweak, and scale campaigns fast.
