About the Role

We are looking for a

dynamic and experienced Salesforce Team Lead

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in

Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization , along with proven leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Location :

Kolkata (Hybrid during establishment, On-site from Jan 2026)

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Salesforce developers to deliver

high-quality, scalable solutions

that meet business requirements.

Provide

technical guidance and mentorship

to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Manage and prioritize

project timelines, deliverables, and sprint goals , ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Work closely with stakeholders to

gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements

on the Salesforce platform.

Perform

hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, and customization

as needed.

Conduct

code reviews

and ensure adherence to Salesforce

best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including sales, marketing, and IT — to drive

Salesforce initiatives

that align with business goals.

Stay updated on the latest

Salesforce features, releases, and best practices , and proactively share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .

In-depth understanding of

Salesforce platform limitations

and ability to design effective workarounds.

Strong expertise in

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

development.

Deep proficiency in

Apex programming , including

asynchronous and batch processing .

Minimum

8 years of experience

in Salesforce development.

Minimum

2 years of experience

as a

Development Team Lead .

Proven experience

leading and managing Salesforce teams

(developers and admins).

Strong knowledge of

Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) .

Salesforce certifications preferred —

Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I / II .

Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience working in an

Agile environment

is a plus.

Ability to

thrive in a fast-paced environment

and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Fluent in

English (spoken and written) .

Work Arrangement

Immediate onboarding preferred

(within 2 weeks maximum).

Until our Kolkata office is fully set up, you’ll

work from home

— requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

From

January 2026 , this role will transition to

on-site

at our

Kolkata office , with occasional work-from-home flexibility.
