Core responsibilities -
1) Prospecting and lead generation : Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
2) Client relationship management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Sales and presentations :
3) Sales and presentations : Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential clients, understanding their needs, and making appropriate recommendations.
4) Negotiation and closing : Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals that meet both customer needs and company goals.
5) Market research : Conducting market research to identify selling opportunities, evaluate customer needs, and stay informed about market trends and competitors.
6) Reporting and analysis : Preparing sales reports, tracking progress using CRM tools, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and business growth.
7) Sales support : Providing post-sales support, ensuring seamless onboarding, and handling customer complaints or objections.

Salary Range - Fixed Salary 15-18 K + Monthly Sales Incentives
Experience - Minimum 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing.
Agro based Products selling would be preferred.
Education - MBA Marketing / Any Degree
Shift - General Shift but can travel if needed
